VIHFA New Home Ownership Opportunities
Whispering Hills
H&V Heavy Equipment has been selected to construct 60 single family 3 bedroom 3 bath units and forty 3 bedroom 2 bath townhouses on 20 acres at Estate Donoe, St. Thomas. The homes will range in price from $245,000 - $257,000. The inclusion of solar water heaters, made possible by a grant from the VI Energy Office, will allow residents to enjoy reduce energy costs at no extra cost to them.
The Whispering Hills development commenced ground breaking with the rough cutting of the newly proposed access roadway. Approximately 1000 plus linear feet of roadway has been graded by H&V Heavy Equipment. This new 25 foot wide roadway is physically visible from the adjacent highway, making all aware that a development is now on the way. The terrain is moderate and very buildable with panoramic views at all sites. There is approximately 70% more roadway to be cut within the month of February. All respective retaining walls, swales, driveways, sanitary systems and street lighting will be in place prior to building ten moderate affordable homes, as this will conclude our first phase of the development. This project is shaping up to be one of our finer developments
