For the past 18 years, I have resided at George Simmons Terrace in Estate Adrian on St. John. In November of 2008, the VIHFA made it possible for me to own the home that I have so many fond memories in; Memories of my children and grandchildren growing up, family events, etc. It also gives me great pleasure to know that as a native St. Johnian, I am now own a house on St. John. I am elated and enjoying this accomplishment.
