Special Projects Division is designed to educate and counsel potential homebuyers and homeowners to achieve and maintain homeownership and sustainable communities. It accomplishes this through several programs which are used to educate the residents of our community. These programs include: the Homebuyers Education Program, Economic Education, Community Education, Post-Purchase Education, and Housing Counseling.

Registration is an ongoing process with referrals from the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority’s Homeownership, Rentals, and Collections Divisions. Referrals are also accepted from the USDA-Rural Development Agency, the Virgin Islands Housing Authority’s Section 8 Program, Banks, and other entities for a nominal fee of $80.00.
