The Collections & Servicing Division was created in March of 2008 with the Merger of the housing component of Housing, Parks & Recreation to manage the Authority’s accounts receivable.  This division’s mission is to accurately and effectively monitor, collect and service the VI Housing Finance Authority’s accounts receivable to ensure availability of funds for future borrowers and development.
