The Virgin Island Housing Finance Authority would like to introduce to you our newest addition to the family – our Rental Division. The Rentals Division was merged with the VIHFA in March of 2008. The merger brought the 335 Emergency Housing Program units into the rental stock of the VIHFA inventory where 369 units existed.
