Were you displaced from your home? The VIHFA can assist qualified individuals with temporary housing if you are a victims of domestic violence, natural disaster, catastrophic incidents and financial hardships.
Are you at-risk of becoming homeless? The VIHFA has grant funds to assist programs serving persons who are literally homeless or at risk of homelessness to quickly regain stability in permanent housing.
Are you a non-profit seeking to improve your community? The VIHFA has grant funds to assist programs serving low-to-moderate income persons in the community.
Are you a developer? The VIHFA is designated as the “Housing Credit Agency” for the Virgin Islands for the purposes of allocating and administering the Low Income Housing Tax Credit.
