The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority (“VIHFA”) is soliciting bids from qualified and licensed Trucking Companies (“Respondent”) to relocate a lumber yard from the Sunshine Mall to Alexander Henderson Elementary School on St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands (“USVI”).
