The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority  ("VIHFA" or Authority") is soliciting proposal from qualified auditors  to audit the financial statements of the VIHFA, which comprise the consolidated statement of net positions as of September 30, 2021, 2022 and 2023; the related consolidated statements of revenues.
